The mission of my art is to preserve and convey how beautiful the world can be and to inspire people to remember their true destiny. We are more than a pragmatic set of atoms. Without humans, the world would be boring. And who else is able to see it the way we do? To endow the inanimate with the properties of living things and carve the living out of stone. To hear the whisper of spirits in the rustle of the wind, to animate trees, earth, fire and water. To clothe inspiration in garments, giving them the human image of beautiful muses. Finally, to inhabit the heavens — mere gas clusters with Gods. To revive the dead and paint the otherworlds.
What colours would the world be devoid of without humans? To say that nature is monotonous would be the greatest folly. But the variety that it would lack without people is astonishing, just as astonishing as the incredible power of human imagination and the will to create.
